Wood's Pink Aster

Description
This is a truly easy-care dwarf aster. It reaches up to 16" and is perfect along a front border or in a container. Because it's short, it's not going to need any staking to keep the stems straight, and thanks to its modern breeding, it won't need any deadheading to keep its lovely, mounded form covered in blooms. The flowers come at the perfect time too—it'll keep your garden bright in late summer to frost. It's resistant to mildew and splitting, which were both big issues for the traditional aster.
