Tiny Tim Spurge

Description
To fill crevices in rock gardens or spill over low walls, nothing performs as well as Euphorbia or spurge, which is a close relative of the poinsettia. Tiny Tim is a compact variety with leathery dark green leaves and burgundy stems, attractive in front borders and containers. Its yellow-green bracts (or flowers) appear in late spring, but the foliage is attractive all season long. While butterflies are attracted to it, deer tend to avoid, making it an excellent choice for outcroppings or driveway plantings. Its outer bracts are colorful in early summer and darken in fall. Valuable for hot dry sites, these Mediterranean natives know how to take the heat. The more sun the deeper the foliage color. Remarkably adaptable. Euphorbia x martini 'Tiny Tim' PP16930
