Hardy Hibiscus Collection

Description

Spring Hill's collection of Hardy Hibiscus, often called Rose of Sharon, offers abundant and continuous blooming, spectacular color and large blossoms. They will survive cold Northern winters and searing Southern summers. These flowering shrubs burst into bloom in midsummer and produce an abundance of blooms—not just for days or weeks, but up to fourth months or more. These hibiscus can be used for groupings, hedges, shrub borders, along foundations or specimen plantings. Growing 6-10' tall, they can be pruned to shorter heights. Hardy Hibiscus prefer full sun to partial shade and will tolerate almost any well-drained soil. Tropical flair, terrifically tough—give them a try. Each collection includes one each of Blue Bird, Aphrodite, Helene and Diana Hibiscus. Zones 4-9.
