Gilt Edge Toad Lily

Description
Delightful toad lily adds late summer color and interest to the shade garden—and truly deserves a place where it can be appreciated up close. Gilt Edge Toad Lily's pink orchidlike flowers are heavily spotted and streaked with purple while its green, lance-shaped leaves are edged in creamy yellow. The foliage remains consistently clean all season long while the flowers look gorgeous in the garden or in cut floral arrangements. Long-lived and easy to grow, Gilt Edge spreads to form wide clumps and performs best in humus-rich, evenly moist soil. It can be planted in containers, woodland gardens and borders.
