Do Tell Peony

Description
This bright, refreshing peony is a must-have for peony lovers. Its 4-5", semi-double, orchid to shell pink flowers have dark rose-red stamens that are sure to catch the eye. Its clear green, shiny foliage is borne on strong stems. The delicate-looking flowers are eye-catching in the garden and fresh floral displays. For an impressive display, plant several Do Tell Peonies together as a foundation planting or to line a walkway. Like other peonies, Do Tell Peony is a long lived and will delight for years and years. Bareroot. Paeonia lactiflora 'Do Tell'
Peonies have few requirements: give them a sunny well-drained location, plant 2-4' apart, with the eyes (new buds at the crown) no more than 2" below soil level and apply fertilizer or compost in spring. They take a while to establish, often 3 years before the first bloom—but the wait is worth it. They are heirloom quality. Let them grow undisturbed and they will bring joy to you and your loved ones through the decades.
