All Summer Daylily Mix

Description
We've selected three popular and proven daylily varieties with different bloom times—early, mid-season and late flowering—to ensure your garden displays jaw-dropping color for up to eight weeks. Your season will start in early summer with the extravagant, 4-5" tetraploid blossoms of Blackthorne—one of the most prolifically flowering daylilies we've grown, with up to 20-24 flowers on each scape. Blackthorne is also a rebloomer, so you'll get an extended flush of color again in the fall. In midsummer, South Seas will burst into vivid color with 5" ruffled-edge blooms, up to 30 per scape, that are mildly fragrant and will rebloom reliably later in the season. Last but certainly not least, in late summer Sun-Dried Tomatoes Daylily will fire up the border with 5-6" blossoms in a true red that just won't quit. Unlike other red daylilies, this proven performer doesn't fade in the sizzling summer sun. With our mix, you'll receive two each of these three outstanding bareroot daylilies, all individually labeled so you can design your garden for optimum impact. Heights will vary from 2-3' tall so you can place all three in the middle to the back of your border.
